Our KKUI students once again participated in the Seeds for the Future program in China

During the first weeks of the winter semester, we sent our students all the way to faraway China. Ladislav Pomšár and Simona Korkobcová, students of the 4th year of the Intelligent Systems study program, represented the FEI Technical University in Košice at the IT Talent program Seeds for the Future. Organized by Huawei, this program gives students from all over the world the opportunity to learn about Huawei, its history, technologies and values. It also allows them to get to know China, its culture and language.

This year, 10 students from 5 schools were selected from the Slovak Republic. These schools were: the Technical University in Košice, the University of Žilina in Žilina, the Technical University in Zvolen, the Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava and the Comenius University in Bratislava. A boy-girl couple was nominated from each school. Along with them, 8 students from the Czech Republic also took part in the program, and students from Malaysia and Brunei also took part in the program in parallel.
