The AICybS project aims to bring new forms of teaching to the synergy of education, research, and innovation. Students need to evoke critical thinking with a focus on Smart Industry and intelligent information and cybernetic architectures. Education will be based on 4C (critical thinking and problem solving, communication, collaboration, and creativity and innovation) and extended project forms based on agile team methods using the rapid prototyping, e.g. SCRUM. These forms of teaching will be implemented on various subjects such as Industry 4.0, Architectures of Industrial Information Systems, Control and Visualization Systems, Intelligent Robotics. The project is supported by experience and collaboration with practice (IBM Slovakia s.r.o., U. S. Steel Košice, s.r.o, Control system s.r.o., FPT Slovakia s.r.o., etc.). Once these materials have been created, and with appropriate laboratory equipment, these subjects can be taught at any college or university. It will also be possible to use the new teaching method for any technical (or non-technical) subject. Within this project will be innovated and created workplaces and laboratories that will support the new type of teaching and teachers will have constant contact with the latest technologies. These workplaces will also support students of all three level of study in the preparation of their final theses.
